1. Order Policy
All orders are subject to availability and are confirmed once payment is received.
We reserve the right to cancel or delay orders due to weather, health of livestock, or other unforeseen circumstances.
2. Payment
Full payment is required at the time of order.

3. Shipping & Pickup
Birds are shipped via USPS Priority Express or made available for local pickup by appointment only.
We ship only when weather and conditions are safe for the birds.
The buyer is responsible for receiving and caring for the birds upon arrival.
4. Live Arrival Guarantee
We guarantee live arrival if someone is present to receive the shipment at first delivery attempt.
Any losses must be reported within 2 hours of delivery with photo/video proof.
5. Health and Biosecurity
All birds are inspected before shipping.
Due to biosecurity protocols, we do not accept returns or exchanges of live birds.
6. Cancellations & Refunds
Orders may be canceled up to 72 hours before shipping/pickup for a full refund.
After that, cancellations may not be eligible for a refund.
No refunds on shipped orders unless covered under our Live Arrival Guarantee.
7. Risk of Loss
Once birds leave our care and are in transit with the carrier, risk of loss passes to the buyer. We are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier.
8. Limitation of Liability
FEATHERED FRIENDS POULTRY is not responsible for losses due to improper care, housing, or handling after delivery.
9. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Customers will be notified of significant changes.
