The Polish or Poland is a European breed of crested chicken. Its origins are unknown; similar birds are shown in seventeenth-century images from Italy and the Netherlands. The birds have a small v-shaped comb and an abundant crest of feathers on the crown of the head. They are kept for show or for ornament.

    In 2019 we completed an expansion of feathers at HOME OF POULTRY CO and now have over 120 pens housing 600s of birds, with wide, accessible concreted paths. We have all kinds of poultry fowl. Rare breeds, hybrid chickens, ducks, geese, guinea fowl and quails – the largest number of poultry birds in the Midlands. Each of our hybrid hens is full vaccinated against major poultry diseases and variant strains.

    To house your birds and keep them safe, we have a great selection of coops, both wooden and plastic, suitable for differing numbers of birds. We also stock feed, health supplements and all necessary accessories.

    Additionally, we hold a range of feed for other animals including horses, pigs and rabbits. Our horse supplement range is perfect for keeping your horses healthy all year round.
